Terms of service

1. The service

StitchAI Pro converts uploaded artwork into vector and embroidery production files using automated processing. Output quality depends on the artwork you supply; we recommend running a stitch-out test before a production run.

2. Accounts

You need an account to store projects, download files and manage billing. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Accounts are personal; team access is available on the Business plan.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Conversions consume credits. Subscription credits are granted on each successful payment and refresh with every billing cycle. Credit packs are one-off purchases and do not expire while your account is active.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the studio; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your artwork and your files

You keep all rights to the artwork you upload and to the files we generate from it. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you submit.

Paid plans include a commercial licence: you may sell products made with files produced on those plans. The free plan is for personal evaluation.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, third-party trademarks you are not authorised to use, or attempt to bypass credit limits, paywalls or the affiliate program. Abuse may result in suspension without refund.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the studio available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
